TARGET CITIES

While living and working in Portland OR in the United States, Adam designed and launched a national pilot program called Target Cities which was endorsed by the Clinton Climate Initiative and had a vision to transform the way urban planning was conducted in North America.

The purpose of the pilot porgram was to test a new model for collaborative-based urban planning across North America that was deeply rooted in sustainability and social equity principles. The cities included in the pilot program were Portland (OR), Los Angeles (CA), Denver (CO), Atlanta (GA), District of Columbia, Austin (TX) and Ottawa (Ca).
